IT Governance produces set of COVID-19 solutions to help organisations respond to the pandemic

23/04/2020

IT Governance, the leading provider of cyber security and data privacy risk management solutions, has produced a suite of products and services in response to the data privacy and security risks presented by the COVID-19 lockdown.

The pandemic presents significant cyber security and data privacy challenges, with cyber criminals taking advantage of workplace disruption and the shift towards remote working to exploit vulnerabilities and compromise systems.

The COVID-19 product suite contains a range of solutions, including remote working policies, remote compromise penetration testing, security staff awareness training for remote teams, business continuity support and a COVID-19 consultancy support service that delivers data privacy, cyber security and legal expertise in one contract.

IT Governance is also hosting a live panel discussion, COVID-19 Cyber Risk and Data Privacy Response, on 28 April 2020, which will bring together three leading experts to present solutions to the heightened cyber security and data privacy risks related to remote working.

Alan Calder, founder of IT Governance, says: “Organisations, now more than ever, need to address the security demands caused by the increased risk of cyber attacks that result from remote working arrangements. Maintaining compliance with critical regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is paramount. Our solutions will help organisations build a cyber resilient and GDPR-compliant remote working infrastructure and get their business back on track.”
